The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Temecula Clinic closed to patient care - Friday, October 10, 2025

The Temecula Branch Clinic is closed to patient care until further notice. Patients with current appointments have the option to utilize an virtual appointment, travel to the 13 Area Branch Clinic aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, or reschedule.  

Beneficiary Flu Shots - Monday, October 6, 2025

TRICARE beneficiaries will be able to get the flu shot in the hospital Wings of Hope (2nd floor on the north side) during the week of Oct. 27-31 from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Active-duty service members should receive the flu shot through their command medical teams.

If you didn’t enroll or make a change to your TRICARE health plan during open season, you must wait until the next open season unless you have a TRICARE Qualifying Life Event (QLE).
