Attention TRICARE beneficiaries!
You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Planned System Downtime at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton

Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton will conduct a scheduled, mandatory systems upgrade beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, and ending at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026 (exact times subject to change). This work is required to protect critical hospital systems from power disruptions and reduce the risk of future outages.

During this time, electronic medical records and other clinical and administrative systems will be unavailable. As a result, patients should expect delays and longer than normal wait times.

Emergency Room and inpatient services, including Labor and Delivery, will remain open. However, due to the impact of the systems upgrade, patients are asked to delay non-urgent care whenever possible and seek care after services are fully restored.

Patients experiencing a medical emergency should proceed to their nearest Emergency Room.

Patients with routine or non-urgent pharmacy needs are also encouraged to wait until after we have returned to normal operations.

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal will remain available.

We appreciate our patients’ patience as we complete this important infrastructure upgrade to support the delivery of safe, high-quality, reliable care.
